Welcome Norwegians @KORO Public Art Norway

# Public art Temporary

Date: 2016

Refugees will have to learn a new language and some new customs. What can we learn from them? In this project we explored and celebrated the knowledge, skills, and cultures that refugees bring to Norway. Come by our classroom and get to know your new neighbors!

A collaborative project bringing together refugees from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Kurdistan, Sudan and Eritrea. Facilitated by Pelle Brage and Douglas Paulson, with Turki Ahmad Alturki, Nour Kalash, Aamer Harta, Husam Ayoub, Sirien Daoud, Ibrahim Dabaa, Abdul Kadeer Dabaa, Marouf Dabaa, Mohamad Harata, Al Mashhadani and more.

With generous support from KORO – Public Art Norway, and additional support from Refugees Welcome to Agder.
